Step 1: Free 20 Minute Consultation

Here clients can ensure that yoga therapy is the right fit for what they are looking for. We discuss what it is you hope to receive from our sessions, and share any challenges you are experiencing. This helps to ensure that our sessions will support your needs and intentions and builds the groundwork for a customized, therapeutic, sessions.

This consultation is usually done over the phone or zoom.

Step 2: Intake & Assessment Session

In the first session, we will begin to explore some of the areas that you would like to focus on. Here, we will build on information shared and it will include assessment practices to better understand how life experiences are showing up in the body, breath and mind.

Step 3: Choose the package that suits you -

3 x 60 minute sessions

In the following sessions, we will explore yogic tools you can add to your tool box that will support you throughout the day. These sessions will include a mix of discussion, movement, meditation, and daily mindfulness practices.
