We all have habits that we wish we could break. This course explores the journey of progress, not perfection. Taking one step in the right direction is a win! It takes a lot of commitment to change habits, especially if we’ve had them for a long time. At some point, they served a purpose for us. But now, we're ready to say goodbye and move towards healthier patterns.
In this 6 week course, we will explore how yoga can support us while reframing our relationship with these habits.
If you are reframing a habit- maybe your relationship with food, sugar, caffeine, nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, social media, smart phones, video, shopping, workaholism, restrictive behaviors or any habits that swings your energy, then THIS IS FOR YOU.
This course is for those in active recovery, and is not a detox program or front-line treatment. However, if you are at least 3 months into drug or alcohol recovery or have been sober for at least 3 months, send me an email and we can see if its right for you.
Each class builds on the previous class and it is encouraged to attend every class. However, we understand that schedules may not allow you to join every week. Therefore, for those who sign-up for the entire series the cost is $150, but drop-ins also are available for $29 each.
